Import accounting rule
Overlapping Bolt reports are not added together. The CRM uses the latest non-overlapping reporting coverage for totals, preventing a new snapshot from double-counting older earnings.
π Sync from Bolt directly
No CSV neededPulls ride earnings straight from Bolt's Fleet API for the date range below and adds it as a new import β same as uploading a CSV, just automatic. Covers gross/net earnings, fees, tips and cash collected. Driver score, rating, acceptance and utilisation aren't available this way β those stay CSV-only.
Earnings & performance imports
v2 recognizes the expanded Bolt report you just supplied, including earnings plus driver score, rides, acceptance, online time, utilisation, finish rates, ride distance, rating, tier and category data. Each import is stored as a dated monthly snapshot.

Customer rentals
Rent a fleet vehicle directly to an individual customer β separate from Bolt/Uber/Wolt driving. Set the exact rate for each rental; it doesn't need to match any other rental of the same car.

Driver vehicle rent
Set per-vehicle in VehiclesThis is the existing rent a driver pays for using a company vehicle β already factored into their payslip automatically. Shown here for a consolidated view; edit the actual rate from the Vehicles page.

Driver Payslips & Settlements
Create a settlement for any driver using a weekly, monthly, or custom period. The calculation uses the imported Bolt earnings for the selected period and supports PAL commission, cash collected, expenses, advances, and manual deductions.

Social insurance deduction: the amount above is treated as a driver-side monthly deduction on settlements. A full-month payslip deducts the full monthly amount; shorter weekly/custom periods are prorated by days. This is a calculation setting, not a legal determination of the contribution rate.
