Questions
Who owns the system when it's finished?
You do. The code, the data and the domain are yours. We hand everything over at launch, and you can host it yourself or keep our team on a care plan.
Why not use an off-the-shelf CRM?
If one fits, use it. Many businesses pay per seat for software their staff work around in Excel and WhatsApp. A custom system has only the screens your team uses, in the order they use them, with no fee per user.
What does it cost to run each month?
We build on fast, low-cost cloud infrastructure. You get a written running-cost estimate before we start. AI features are billed at cost and can be capped per day.
Can my staff use it on their phones?
Yes. Everything is designed for phones first, and staff apps install to the home screen without the App Store.
Which languages do you support?
English and Slovak as standard, and any other language your customers or staff need.
What can the AI employee do?
It reads your business data and answers questions by voice or text, emails you a morning and evening briefing, and drafts tasks and messages that wait for your approval before anything changes.
How is customer data protected?
Every user has their own login and role, changes are logged, deleted records can be restored, and data is stored with EU-based providers where available. We sign a data processing agreement with every client.
